With over 18 years of experience, I provide legal advisory services across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters. I have advised startups, family businesses, and large corporations on structuring operations, drafting agreements, and resolving complex legal challenges.

Previously, I served for eight years at the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) in Egypt, where I gained in-depth regulatory and institutional experience, including company incorporation, governance frameworks, compliance reviews, and oversight of corporate constitutional documents.

My practice combines hands-on private sector advisory work with strong regulatory insight, enabling me to deliver practical, compliant, and commercially sound legal solutions.

I have been formally recognized twice by the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) — in 2019 and 2024 — as one of the authority’s top-performing lawyers.

These recognitions were awarded in acknowledgment of my role in handling high-value regulatory, investment, and corporate matters that resulted in the protection and recovery of public funds exceeding EGP 1 billion.
